1:36am - I didn't go to work yesterday because I spent most of the night before sitting on the toilet instead of sleeping and then most of the following morning as well. I thought I was all done with that because I hadn't had a diahreah incident since about 2:30pm or so. However, here I am back on the pot for the last 25 minutes. I'm not sure what is wrong with me. I'd read a book but don't have anything I can think of to really read.

I managed to get a lot of preliminary work done on my documentary during the day, though. I wrote some parts of the narration and got some more recording done from the Amiga, Vic20, Atari 2600, and Nintendo.

10:05am - Looks like I'm not going to work again today. I thought I was better yesterday evening but I spent quite a bit of the night on the throne and the rest of the time feeling sick while laying in bed. This morning when it was time to go to work I was quite nausiated, but I am feeling somewhat better now. Leslie just went to see the doctor for her issues. She got some kind of antibiotic prescription since her ears are infected. She's been blowing her nose every 5 minutes and I think she is blowing out more blood than snot. To compound matters Victoria is with us this morning because she is also going to the doctor, albiet for a different reason. In fact her mom should be here soon to pick her up. I think she has been sleeping on the couch. I haven't really left the bed. I watched two episodes of Star Trek TNG this morning on my laptop and I guess I'll work some more on the script for my video until I feel like getting out of bed.

9:42pm - I am going to have to go to work tommorow. I feel like I'm totally better now, but I thought I was totally better yesterday evening around this same time. I'm going to go into work on Friday to try to make up for some of my lost time. I've laid down so much the last two days with my laptop that my butt has been hurting from sitting up in bed or on the couch. I've spent a considerable amount of time lately working on and thinking about my video. I haven't even come up with a name for it yet. But I already have several hours of video captured from computers. I probably will only use about 30 minutes of that video, though. Another thing I thought of I need to do is shoot a scene with a MOS 6502 processor spinning slowly in a perfect circle. Since many of the systems I'll be showing were based on this CPU I think it would be neat to talk about it briefly. In fact, it is really amazing that the Commodores, Apple I, II, and II series, Atari, and Nintendo were all based on the same CPU but were all greatly different systems. Anyway, I've been constantly trying to think of the perfect way to shoot a spinning 6502 chip. I could use stop-motion but I'd rather not.
